We love our region, but something was missing. No real beer. No regional beer. Just beer from the cities. So we did something about it!
We started brewing in early 2013. Our focus is on the New England North West region of NSW, but we also send our beers to leading bottle shops and bars along the East Coast.
With locally sourced malt and our favourite Australian hops, we’ve created an Aussie Pale Ale with passionfruit, floral and citrus notes, balanced by a solid malt backbone – the local’s favourite on tap and in the bottle throughout the New England region.
Hops: Ella, Cascade, Summer, Galaxy
Malt: Caramalt, Pilsner, Munich
We slow everything down to brew this traditional lager. Extended cold conditioning creates a beer with a crisp and smooth body that pours a striking straw colour. A sprinkle of hops and balanced malts leads to a crisp finish. Full flavoured not rushed.
Malt: Amber, Cara, Pilsner & Munich
Hops: Warrior, Hallertau, Mandarina Bavaria
Little Ram loves an icy esky, a mountain stream, a steep gorge, summer nights…..just when you need something a little easy. With hoppy hints, a light body and a snappy refreshing finish, Little Ram’s got a flavour punch while keeping it on the light side.
Malt: Wheat malt, Pilsner, Caramalt, Crystal, Munich
Hops: Ella, Willamette
