WOLF & FOX SLOVENIAN HOPPED PALE - was the day 20

WOLF & FOX SLOVENIAN HOPPED PALE - was the day 20 beer for the Beer Cartel beer advent clander and is our last beer release for the year. So cool to use all Slovenian hops in a light bodied , crisp and dry pale ale. Styrian WOLF and Styrian FOX gave us a super complex offering of orange and lemon candy with a body dominated by dry white wine, herbs and earthy bitterness.

Open till 530ish today and reopening on 27 Dec.
