Last week we delivered malt to one of our favourit

Last week we delivered malt to one of our favourite and greatest customers - Colin and Tammy at The Cottage in Scone NSW. Colin has been using pecan wood to smoke the malt low and slow for a winter Smoked Porter. The beer should be out by June.

The guys at The Cottage are even going to create a camp oven recipe to go with the beer. You've just got to wait for winter ❄️🔥🍲.

HOP CANNON II - Ok the naggers win. Hop cannon is back for a brief hello. We've gone with a classic hop combo of Colombus, Chinook and Centennial to make this as close to the Hop Cannon from 2014 that you all loved. Strong pine and citrus get a touch of spice and savoury hop flavours in a dry and bitter body. Very nostalgic!

This version is also a touch bigger at 7.2% ABV with 80 IBUs of bitterness. We've used a gentle touch of light crystal to create a body to stand up to the IBUs.
