You’ve searched, yelled and accused - there’s no getting that 10mm socket back. Damn socket even has its own Hazy IPA now - loaded with Kohatu and Vic Secret, it’s all about crushable fruits in a smooth malty body.
All good - it’ll turn up one day!

10mm Socket is on the lighter side for a hazy we have done. It has a great juicy start in a lighter body that finishes with very little bitterness. Stone fruit thanks to the New Zealand Kohatu dominates with some late pineapple from the Vic Secret.

ABV: 6.2%

IBU: 40

HOPS: Kohatu, Mosaic, Amarillo & Vic Secret

MALTS: Ale Malt, Caramel, Malted Oats, Rolled Oats & Wheat

One of our favourite Saisons to make is back. The

One of our favourite Saisons to make is back. The last All Together Saison used Topper's Sauvignon Blanc grapes. This time we have used Gewurtztraminer, a signature variety for Topper's.

This light straw, Belgian Style Saison, is a delicate blend of the traminer grapes rose water and herbs with the Saison's mineral depth, fresh hay and white pepper.

ABV 6.1%
Approx 20 per cent wine was used to "referment" the malt base.

Big shout to Topper's for working with us. We can't wait to see the newly renovated cellar door.

Sänger's Hefeweizen Launch. This Thurs at the brewery from 5pm. The beer we've been waiting for is ready. It's about tradition and ingredients. And fresh pretzels.

Join us on Thursday night for beers and to say goodbye to Sänger our Bavarian brewer, who has been with us for the past months. The pretzels are being driven in from the Swiss Bakery in Bello and will be complimentary with every pint 🍺🥨
