We love our region, but something was missing. No real beer. No regional beer. Just beer from the cities. So we did something about it!
We started brewing in early 2013. Our focus is on the New England North West region of NSW, but we also send our beers to leading bottle shops and bars along the East Coast.
We love a solid lager! So here’s our take – an amber lager that blends Old World techniques with New World flavours. You’ll get hints of fruit, balanced by a touch of toasted malts. Two months of lagering creates a smooth body and super clean finish. Full Flavoured. Not Rushed.
Hops: Cascade, Summer, Vic Secret
Malt: Amber, Crystal, Pilsner, Munich
We never imagined that our English style 4.5% Brown Ale would win so many hearts! Classic flavours of caramel, chocolate, nuts and coffee are balanced by Australian hops, creating a rich reddish-brown coloured ale that loves pint glasses.
MALT: Amber, Chocolate, Crystal, Crystal Dark
“We could build a Hop Cannon out of that!”…so a huge stainless canister was converted to take our dry hopping to the next level. For this American IPA, we stuffed the cannon with a #*~! load of US Hops and fired it into every batch – to let the fruits, pine and resins do the talking. Yeah – big and hoppy.
